HR Service Delivery Associate

What you'll bring:

  • Manage key employee processes including starting from onboarding, transfers, leave management, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Provide first-level support for employee queries
  • Identify and resolve issues, escalate complex problems, and perform root cause analysis to suggest corrective actions.
  • Administer HR policies and put mechanisms to quickly respond to general HR queries
  • Liaise with the legal team and HR business partners on employment matters
  • Maintain employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and ensure data integrity. Understands data privacy and security
  • Understands reports/dashboards to ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  • Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistent HR processes
  • Coordinate with internal HR stakeholders across multiple employment-related topics.
  • Ensure HR processes adhere to compliance, governance, and ethical standards.
  • Support audits and local labor law requirements in collaboration with HR leads and Legal team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, proposing changes to reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.

What you'll do:

  • Proven track record in HR Service delivery role managing employee queries for an independent office or Business Unit with 800+ head count.
  • 2 to 3 years of HR Service Delivery or shared services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field master's degree preferred.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to resolve problems and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach with a global, process-oriented mindset.
  • Global exposure or experience of having worked in cross office global teams
  • Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, ICIMs preferred
  • Understands HR compliance, governance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
