Job Description

As an HR Associate at our company, located in Jalandhar, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks. This is a full-time position and we are looking for immediate joiners. Freshers are encouraged to apply, although having an MBA in HR is preferable. Your main duties will include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding new employees, conducting interviews, and assisting with HR projects. You will also be expected to maintain employee records, handle employee queries, and ensure HR processes are followed. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong interest in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
