Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an HR Assistant with strong experience in IT and non-IT recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement, welfare, and branding. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, payroll processing, and supporting employee well-being and company branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles. Assist in payroll processing and maintain records. Organize employee activities and welfare programs. Support in promoting the company culture and brand. Maintain employee records and assist with HR tasks. Requirements: 2 years of HR experience, including recruitment and payroll. Strong communication and organizational skills. Masters degree in HR or a related field. Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office.
