Job Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Experience: Min 1 Year Qualification: Min Bachelor Degree Job Timing: 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Mon to Sat) Skills & Requirement: Experience using spreadsheets Fluent English speaking is mandatory Good verbal and written communication skills Roles & Responsibilities: Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Oversee daily operations of the HR department Attend inbound & outbound calls Solving Email Queries Manage employees’ grievances Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Payroll: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
