Job Description

Role & responsibilities: TA: Assist the TA team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage the hiring process, including offer letters and background checks. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement programs. This role may require occasional travel. L & D: Learning & Development Training needs identification Measuring Training effectiveness Preparing training MIS NB- Candidates eligible cannot have any previous PF A/C.
