The intern will be involved in HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will also include marketing tasks to support the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
