Role Overview: As a manpower staffing solution specialist, you will be responsible for managing temporary and permanent staffing solutions with a primary focus on revenue generation. Your duties will involve creating and finalizing agreements with clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and prospecting new clients for our services. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing the recruitment process for client requirements as well as internal staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: - Execute HR Generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction, HR policy and process development, attrition management, team training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions. - Provide effective management of the team, offering guidance and support as required. - Take on the role of training and mentoring junior team members. - Maintain processes and reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in leading a manpower consulting vertical, with a focus on staffing solutions and training individuals in HR processes from start to finish. - Commitment to consistently surpassing client expectations. - Proficient in managing HR Generalist processes efficiently.,
