Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities
  • Help manage attendance, leave records & HR databases
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and vendor communication
  • Support administrative tasks like documentation, filing, and scanning
  • Assist in HR policies and compliance tasks
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Draft emails, letters, and notices as required

Other Details

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Commerce / Management
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication in English and Malayalam
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
