Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for an HR and Admin Executive. The HR and Admin Executive will handle daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies. Additionally, the role includes overseeing administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. The candidate will work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and contribute to the overall administrative functionality of the office.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and knowledge of HR Policies
• Employee Relations experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
