Job Description

Join Us! Linxon, a company dedicated to substations, is seeking a dedicated HR Analyst to join the team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and proactive HR support to employees. Your main responsibilities will include managing various HR processes in accordance with regional policies, producing standard correspondence, liaising with employees and managers, contributing to departmental improvements, demonstrating proficiency in HR processes, and managing queries on the case management tool. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles. Strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. The successful candidate should be driven, highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and be customer-focused with a passion for meeting stakeholder requirements. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships internally.
