Roles & Responsibilities

• Office Management
• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain office cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
• Vendor & Facility Management
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Negotiate and maintain records of service providers.
• Ensure timely payments and renewals of vendor contracts.
• Travel & Logistics
• Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and local transportation for employees/guests.
• Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward mail.
• Event & Meeting Support
• Organize and coordinate office meetings, training, and events.
• Ensure availability of meeting rooms, refreshments, and required facilities.
• Documentation & Records
• Maintain administrative files, bills, and agreements.
• Keep updated records of utility bills, licenses, and AMC contracts.
• Coordination & Support
• Act as the point of contact for employees regarding admin support.
• Coordinate with management for smooth execution of office activities.
• Handle visitor management and front-desk activities (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
