Overview:

Tracona Solutions is looking for a confident, smart, serious and long term committed individual for handling the End to End Recruitment job of our clients. He/ She needs to handle this whole process individually with less supervision. Going forward they would be also handling other Business consulting projects and staff trainings too.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and shortlisting the candidates
• Able to communicate well and get the relevant details for further process
• Update the daily reports.
• Prepare documents relevant to hiring and follow ups to be done accordingly
• Follow up on payments
• Need to handle other admin works as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate. MBA-HR Preferable
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Bold and Confident
• Be assertive
• Willing to learn and take new initiatives
• Need to work with less supervision

Note:

• Probation of 3 months. Post 3 months salary hike based upon performance
• Incentives applicable after 1 month
• Timings- 9.30-6.00pm
• Willing to travel or relocate before joining
• Company sim would be provided. Candidates need to have their own phone and laptop for work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
