What You’ll Do

• Act as a right hand to the Founder and CXO team: manage calendars, meetings, and travel schedules
• Handle contracts, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Shadow the Founder in key meetings and follow through on action items
• Build strong, warm relationships with the artists, brands, partners we represent and ensure their needs are taken care of
• Support in event/project execution by staying two steps ahead and anticipating requirements
• Assist in research, industry updates, and preparing briefs for upcoming projects
• Support in hiring, people operations, admin, employee engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of work experience in operations, coordination, hr admin or founder’s office roles from media companies
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and people skills; warm, approachable, and trustworthy with artists and partners
• Comfort with contracts, basic legal/financial documents, and operational processes
• A genuine passion for films, arts, and events
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
