What You’ll Do Act as a right hand to the Founder and CXO team: manage calendars, meetings, and travel schedules Handle contracts, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Shadow the Founder in key meetings and follow through on action items Build strong, warm relationships with the artists, brands, partners we represent and ensure their needs are taken care of Support in event/project execution by staying two steps ahead and anticipating requirements Assist in research, industry updates, and preparing briefs for upcoming projects Support in hiring, people operations, admin, employee engagement What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of work experience in operations, coordination, hr admin or founder’s office roles from media companies Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication and people skills; warm, approachable, and trustworthy with artists and partners Comfort with contracts, basic legal/financial documents, and operational processes A genuine passion for films, arts, and events Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
