Role Overview

Accounts & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, communication, and structured follow-ups
  
• Maintain HR records, employee data, contracts, and internal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  
• Manage onboarding, HR documentation, performance records, statutory compliance, and policy records
  
• Handle accounting coordination including invoices, vendor management, expense tracking, GST documentation, GST filings support, and taxation-related records
  
• Prepare proposals, agreements, reports, memos, legal and administrative documents
  
• Document workflows, support process improvements, and assist with basic operational automation
  
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across employee, financial, GST, and taxation records
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Commerce, Business, IT, or related fields)

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Good communication and professional coordination abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work independently

• Familiarity with AI or automation tools is a plus
