Job Description

Job Description: As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Raviz Calicut, your primary responsibilities will include: - Supervising, scheduling, and training housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and customer service. - Inspecting guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other common areas to ensure they meet hotel standards. - Assigning daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to staff and ensuring their completion. - Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and room essentials, and reordering as necessary. - Responding to guest requests and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. - Ensuring all staff members adhere to safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and regulations. - Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and conducting formal evaluations. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality management. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.
