Job Description

We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our resort maintains top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards across all rooms, common areas, and the entire property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the resort.
• Ensure all rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Train, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team professionally.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with management for restocking.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and guests.
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute to a friendly, guest-focused environment.
