Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our premises. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Management:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules and team assignments.

• Monitor and guide housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to ensure cleanliness and order.

2. Staff Training and Development:

• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of equipment and cleaning supplies.

• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve high performance levels.

3. Inventory and Supplies:

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; ensure timely reordering.

• Maintain proper storage and handling of cleaning equipment and materials.

4. Guest Relations:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper use of chemicals and equipment.

• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance.

6. Reporting:

• Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping operations, including room status, maintenance needs, and inventory updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
