You will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings are clean, operational, and provide a pleasant environment for all. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the facility and supervise daily administrative operations. - Oversee cleaning and landscaping activities to uphold the appearance of the college. - Instruct team members on best practices for property maintenance. - Supervise the quality of work performed by other employees to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct and document regular facilities inspections. - Make recommendations for maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design improvements. Qualifications Required: - Experience in a similar role is preferred. - Ability to work in an in-person environment. In this role, you will be working full-time during day shifts.
