Housekeeping Supervisor - Male

* Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance.

* Ensure rooms are prepared as per five-star standards before guest arrivals.

* Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements efficiently.

* Monitor linen, amenities, and guest supplies as per standards.

* Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.

* Allocate tasks, prepare duty rosters, and ensure timely completion of work.

* Conduct daily briefings and provide on-the-job training.

* Monitor grooming, discipline, and performance of team members.

* Maintain inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.

* Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance for repair requirements.

* Prepare daily housekeeping reports and handover logs.

* Assist in deep cleaning schedules, spring cleaning, and preventive maintenance programs.

* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

* Implement and monitor use of eco-friendly cleaning materials where possible.

* Adhere to fire safety and emergency procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
