Housekeeping Supervisor - Factory (12 Hour Shift)

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the designated areas. You will be responsible for training housekeepers on various cleaning and maintenance tasks, overseeing their daily activities, and ensuring that all areas, including office rooms, common areas, stairways, and entrances, are well-maintained and clean. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be required to schedule shifts, arrange for replacements in case of absences, and establish cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards for the staff. Motivating team members, resolving any issues that may arise, and responding to customer complaints and special requests are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor and replenish cleaning products stock, participate in large cleaning projects when necessary, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
