Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of our property in Arpora, Goa. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your role will involve managing the housekeeping staff, coordinating daily operations, training and evaluating team members, maintaining inventory, creating schedules, handling guest complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the housekeeping staff and supervise daily operations. - Train, guide, and evaluate team members to maintain high standards. - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate procurement activities. - Develop effective staff schedules and assign duties efficiently. - Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly. - Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role. - Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and best practices. - Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. - Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your presence at our property in Arpora, Goa.
