Housekeeping Supervisor - API Pharma

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP regulations.
• Handle inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
