Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort at our retreat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in 3- or 4-star hotels and a keen eye for detail to ensure guest rooms, treatment areas, and common spaces reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, treatment rooms, and public areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies as per retreat standards.
• Maintain hygiene in spa, yoga halls, and dining spaces.
• Manage laundry and linen care, ensuring proper washing and storage.
• Handle housekeeping equipment responsibly and report any damages.
• Work closely with the front office and operations team to respond to guest needs promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and Ayurvedic retreat cleanliness guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel/resort.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, housekeeping equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain discretion with guests.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
