Job Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) at Manch IIT-JEE / NEET will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong relationships with schools, parents, and prospective students, and contributing to the growth and market presence of the institute. The role requires a proactive, goal oriented individual with excellent communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Enrollment & Lead Generation Identify and engage prospective students and parents through various outreach methods. Conduct seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions to attract enrollments. Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk ins. Maintain and update a database of potential students. 2. Market Expansion & Partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational consultants. Organize collaboration programs with schools and coaching institutes. Explore new market opportunities for student acquisition. 3. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and yearly enrollment targets. Present and explain course offerings, fee structures, and institute benefits to potential students and parents. Offer customized solutions to students based on their academic needs. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. 4. Customer Relationship Management Provide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled students and parents. Address and resolve queries regarding courses, admission procedures, and payment plans. Conduct feedback sessions to enhance student experience and retention. 5. Reporting & Data Management Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow ups, enrollments, and revenue generation. Prepare and present reports on enrollment trends, market performance, and competitor analysis. Provide insights to management on student preferences and areas for improvement. 6. Institutional Branding & Promotions Represent Manch Science Classes at education fairs, career expos, and community events. Promote brand awareness through digital and offline marketing strategies. Assist in designing promotional materials, presentations, and social media campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in education sales, business development, or customer relations is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of the local education market and student preferences is a plus.
