Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, handling laundry services, and ensuring all facilities meet high standards of hospitality. Additionally, the role includes interacting with guests to provide exceptional customer service and addressing their housekeeping-related needs promptly.

Qualifications

Proficiency in cleaning and maintaining rooms to high standards, including experience in professional housekeeping and laundry services.
Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address their needs effectively.
Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role is preferred, but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
