Job Overview

We are hiring a Housekeeping & Maintenance Associate for our hospitality property in Aluva, Kochi. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel housekeeping, resort maintenance, villa operations, or facility upkeep.

The selected candidate will be responsible for cleanliness, room preparation, guest area maintenance, and basic property upkeep, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities – Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, cottages, and common areas
• Bed making, linen change, towel replacement, and room setup as per standards
• Refill guest amenities including toiletries and essentials
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, readiness, and damage
• Maintain hygiene standards in lobbies, corridors, and public spaces
• Handle guest housekeeping requests politely and promptly

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance

• Identify, report, and assist in resolving maintenance issues
• Perform basic preventive maintenance checks
• Support upkeep of electrical fittings, plumbing, fixtures, and appliances
• Ensure smooth daily operations of rooms and common areas
• Coordinate with management for timely repairs and replacements

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping / resort housekeeping / facility maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and housekeeping procedures
• Physically fit and capable of handling daily cleaning and upkeep tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to stay on-site (accommodation provided)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
