Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Rajkot for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeping role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, performing laundry duties, reporting any maintenance issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication. The Housekeeper should follow standard operating procedures and attend training sessions as required.

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Capability in providing and attending Training sessions
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
