Housekeeping field supervisor

• Provide and deploy adequate manpower as per the contract value and client requirements.
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas/sites.
• Allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Train and guide staff on cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and request replenishment as required.
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manage staff attendance.
• Address and resolve staff or client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with management and clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,545.38 - ₹26,260.70 per month
