As a Cleaner or Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of cleaning activities to maintain a clean and organized environment. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure that all rooms meet the required standards. You will be expected to inspect rooms regularly to ensure they are well-maintained and report any damages or deficiencies to your superiors promptly. In addition to cleaning responsibilities, you will also be required to protect equipment and address any complaints or requests from customers professionally and with patience. Monitoring the stocking levels of consumables and replenishing them as needed will also be part of your duties. It is crucial that you strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and are familiar with company practices to ensure a safe working environment. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results. A customer-oriented approach, friendly demeanor, and strong prioritization and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in the English language, a high school degree, and the ability to work full-time are required for this position. This is a full-time job with benefits that include Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping.
