Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas according to company standards. Replace linens, restock guest amenities, and report any maintenance issues. Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and disinfect surfaces. Empty trash bins and handle waste disposal properly. Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisor of shortages. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or cleaning services. Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Report any lost and found items immediately. Assist with laundry duties, if required. Follow schedules and complete assigned duties within timeframes. Qualifications & Skills:Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Polite and professional attitude. Attention to detail and time management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
