Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Office Housekeeping & Personal Errand Assistant to take care of office cleanliness, support day-to-day office tasks, and assist management with basic personal errands when required. Key Responsibilities : Housekeeping Maintain cleanliness of office (floors, desks, washrooms, pantry, reception, meeting rooms) Sweeping, mopping, dusting & waste disposal Maintain pantry supplies and prepare tea/coffee for staff & guests Keep washrooms clean and stocked Support Photocopying, scanning, printing, filing Handling courier/parcel pickup & delivery Assist in meeting room setup (water, tea, snacks) Keep office supplies organized & stocked Assist staff with basic administrative tasks Personal & Errand Support Serve water/tea/coffee to guests & management Personal errands for management (bank, grocery items, courier, bill payments, etc.) Purchase small daily-use items when required Assist in vehicle cleaning/check-up if needed Requirements Good behavior, hygiene & discipline Trustworthy and honest Basic communication skills (Hindi/English) Ability to handle confidential tasks responsibly
