Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Trainee to join our team at The Cozy Nook, Manali. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for guests while following safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Room and Common Area Maintenance:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public spaces to meet hotel standards.

• Ensure beds, furniture, and other room amenities are properly arranged.

2. Laundry and Supplies:

• Replenish room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and linens.

• Assist in sorting, washing, and managing laundry as required.

3. Hygiene and Cleanliness Protocols:

• Follow hygiene and cleanliness protocols to maintain a healthy environment.

• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.

4. Time Management:

• Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes without compromising quality.

• Prioritize duties to ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Safety and Standards:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and hotel policies to ensure a safe workplace.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory).

2. Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

3. Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards in housekeeping.

4. Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹10,500 per month
