Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies daily.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures at all times.
• Handle guest requests and queries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage, and pantries.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines as per hotel policy.
• Assist in laundry operations or public area cleaning as assigned.
• Support the housekeeping team during peak hours or special events.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferably in hotels).
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
