Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities. Ensure all rooms and areas are sanitized and meet the organization’s quality standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Assist with laundry duties if assigned. Maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas in clean condition. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Ability to work in a team and support co-workers.
