Job Summary: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and overall hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role contributes directly to guest satisfaction by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, water bottles, and minibar items (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, public restrooms, and service areas.
• Handle guest laundry and linen as per standards, if assigned.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow the hotel's SOPs for cleaning, room setup, and safety procedures.
• Manage and organize housekeeping trolley and supplies efficiently.
• Follow guest privacy guidelines and avoid unnecessary disturbances.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Report lost and found items as per hotel policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
