Exp – Experience in Blast Furnance Handling of 3 to 6 years

Key Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:1. Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other work areas.
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, and fixtures.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly.

2. Room Preparation

• Check room status and prepare rooms for new guests.
• Replace amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, water bottles, etc.).
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

3. Equipment Handling

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly (vacuum cleaner, floor polisher, etc.).
• Maintain cleaning tools and supplies in good working condition.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow company policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Follow proper procedures for handling laundry and linens.

5. Teamwork & Communication

• Cooperate with other housekeeping staff and departments.
• Report lost and found items immediately.
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial work (1–2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Basic communication skills (English or local language).

Working Conditions:

• May require working weekends, holidays, or shifts.
