In this role at Surpura Bagh, a boutique resort in Jodhpur, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and orderliness that our guests expect. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas, ensuring clean laundry is available, and promptly responding to guest requests. You will be expected to perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and restocking supplies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in customer service interactions, provide training to new staff members, and ensure that sanitation standards are consistently met.
