Role Overview: As a Chef De Partie at our Gwalior location, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty. Your role will involve managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you. You will collaborate with the sous chef and head chef to create new dishes and menus while ensuring high standards of food hygiene and adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
