Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves delivering courteous service, ensuring smooth restaurant/takeaway operations, and providing guests with a great dining experience. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Provide courteous and efficient service of food & beverages to guests Ensure complete preparation of restaurant/takeaway area before operations begin Take guest orders accurately and politely, upselling & suggesting menu items where possible Handle guest interactions with professionalism, without bias or prejudice Prepare and process guest bills accurately, including takeaway/delivery orders Assist the Shift Supervisor in preparing general store requisitions Follow all store rules, policies, grooming, and hygiene standards Continuously develop product knowledge and improve service skills Perform food preparation, cleaning, and support duties as required Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: SSC / HSC / Diploma / Hotel Management / Graduation (any stream) Experience: Freshers can apply Prior experience in food handling or customer service is an advantage Minimum 6 months of F&B service industry experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic food preparation & cleaning knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Positive, self-motivated, and committed to guest satisfaction.
