Job Summary

The Sales Executive/Manager – Marriage Lawns is responsible for driving revenue through the effective selling of the hotel’s outdoor marriage lawns and related wedding/event facilities. This role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, closing bookings, and coordinating with operations to ensure seamless wedding experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and convert leads for wedding events, receptions, pre-wedding functions, and social gatherings.
  • Conduct sales calls, property tours, and presentations to clients and wedding planners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, event planners, decoration vendors, and corporate HRs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for marriage lawn bookings.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare and present customized wedding packages and quotations.
  • Negotiate rates and close bookings in line with hotel pricing policies.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.

3. Event Planning Coordination

  • Work with the F&B, Banquet, Lawn Operations, and Décor teams to finalize event details.
  • Conduct pre-event meetings with clients to understand requirements.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the operations team for execution.
  • Monitor event progress and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Marketing & Promotion

  • Participate in wedding expos, local fairs, and B2C marketing activities.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, social media promotions, and digital ads for the marriage lawns.
  • Develop attractive packages for festive seasons, weekends, and destination weddings.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain updated inventory of dates, rates, and packages.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel sales SOPs and documentation standards.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, or wedding/event sales (depending on level)
  • Experience in selling marriage lawns or outdoor event venues preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
