Hotel Sales - Manager/Senior Manager

As a Manager/Senior Manager Hotel Sales at MM Continental Hotel in Mullana (Ambala), your role involves leading and expanding the hotel's sales operations. You will drive revenue growth through effective corporate tie-ups, MICE business, travel agent relations, and event sales by strategically planning, developing business, and managing relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. - Identify and secure new corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term associations. - Drive MICE business for the property. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special offers. - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review. - Conduct regular market research to analyze competition and identify new business opportunities. - Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, and local networking events. - Coordinate with Operations and Banquet teams to ensure seamless guest experience for all events and bookings. - Train and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and professional growth. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development within the Hospitality sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong market knowledge of Ambala, Chandigarh, and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.
