Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, negotiating and closing sales, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role also involves market research, tracking sales performance, and participating in networking events to build partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Understanding of Marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
