Hotel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for

    Rooms, Banquets, and MICE

    business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to maximize repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Lead Management & Sales Planning

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, corporate visits, and industry events.
  • Prepare and implement structured sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Follow up promptly on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Handle client requirements for events, conferences, and group bookings with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Banquets, F&B, Reservations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
