Hotel Receptionist

We’re now looking for a smart, confident, and guest-focused Receptionist to join our front office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp or email.
• Maintain guest records, update booking details, and process payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Manage room allocations, key handling, and report occupancy updates.
• Provide local information, cab bookings, and activity suggestions to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the manager if needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge — especially email, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Prior experience in hotels, Airbnb management, or travel/hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly personality, patience, and a professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
