The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and luxury hospitality excellence to ensure the property runs smoothly, profitably, and in line with brand standards. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services. Maintain service excellence aligned with 5-star hospitality expectations. Drive guest satisfaction through personalized services and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards. Hire, train, and mentor department heads and staff; foster a positive work culture. Monitor budgets, expenses, and KPIs to ensure profitability. Liaise with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue and brand presence. Oversee VIP guest handling, events, and conflict resolution with discretion and poise. 🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of hospitality experience, with at least 3–5 years in hotel management or senior leadership role in luxury hotels. Proven ability to manage multi-department operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
