Hotel Management Internship

As an intern at ILIF Hotels and Resorts, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various day-to-day responsibilities to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Your role will include: - Assisting in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations - Learning how to manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally - Ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience during their stay - Understanding the importance of cleanliness and hygiene standards in hotels - Working with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained - Conducting room inspections to ensure they meet ILIFs quality standards - Assisting in restaurant operations, taking guest orders, and ensuring excellent dining experiences - Learning about menu planning, restaurant branding, and F&B promotions - Coordinating with chefs and servers to understand kitchen and service operations - Supporting hotel managers in promoting hotel services and special offers - Learning how to manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and pricing strategies - Assisting in social media and branding initiatives to enhance the hotel's online presence - Working closely with property managers, chefs, and housekeeping staff - Learning how to manage inventory, hotel supplies, and cost control - Participating in staff training and performance management activities Qualifications required for this internship position include: - Fresh graduates in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields - Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn - Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills - Willingness to work in different departments and gain all-round experience About ILIF Hotels and Resorts: ILIF Hotels and Resorts is a hotel chain based in Maharashtra with a network of about 50 franchised and leased hotels, resorts, and vacation properties with approximately 500+ rooms.
