Job Description

As a Hotel Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services. This is a great opportunity to learn hotel operations and hospitality industry standards in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily front desk operations (check-in, check-out, reservations).
• Support housekeeping and room inspection processes.
• Participate in F&B service in restaurants or banquets.
• Assist in guest service requests and complaints handling.
• Shadow department supervisors and managers.
• Contribute to administrative tasks and hotel projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with shifts and tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
