Job Title: Maintenance Support Technician (MST) Location: Jaipur (On-site, stationed near the property) Company: Abode Department : Facilities / Maintenance Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Support Technician (MST) to join our on-site facilities team. This will be a 24x7 on-site role, and the selected candidate will be stationed near the property full-time. The company will provide accommodation for the role. The job involves hands-on maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, painting (limited to touch-ups), patchwork, and upkeep of utility assets. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance tasks related to Plumbing: Pipe fittings, leakage repairs, washroom maintenance. Electrical: Wiring, light fittings, circuit troubleshooting. Painting: Touch-ups only. Patch Work: Wall repairs. Utility Asset Maintenance: Inspection and servicing of HVAC, generators, pumps, etc. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution to reduce downtime Coordinate with vendors/specialists when needed Maintain a log of work done and report to the maintenance supervisor Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Required Qualifications and Skills: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in facility maintenance roles Strong understanding of utility systems and general repairs Ability to work with basic tools and maintenance equipment Team player with good problem-solving and communication skills Must be available on-site 24x7 Accommodation will be provided by the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Current salary Work Location: In person
