Senderos De Pine is a premium nature-inspired boutique resort nestled in the heart of Manali. We offer our guests a serene escape with luxury cottage stays, locally inspired cuisine, and personalized hospitality experiences. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead resort operations and elevate guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations ManagementSupervise day-to-day operations of the resort including rooms, restaurant, housekeeping, and event services. Monitor guest check-in/check-out, room readiness, hygiene standards, and service excellence. Ensure timely resolution of guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction scores. 2. Team Leadership Manage, train, and motivate a cross-functional team (kitchen, service, front office, housekeeping, and support staff). Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and professionalism. Conduct daily team briefings and weekly performance reviews. 3. Financial Oversight Manage P&L, cost controls, vendor negotiations, and monthly financial reporting. Oversee inventory, procurement, and budget adherence. Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic pricing and packages. 4. Sales & Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital promotions. Develop packages to increase direct bookings and footfall. Host and support guest reviews on social platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and Instagram. 5. Guest Experience & Brand Standards Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ambiance, and local culture. Personalize guest journeys—birthdays, honeymoon packages, adventure add-ons, etc. Ensure a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay for every guest.
